It is a great honor for Bay University to have participated in the official launch ceremony for the development of the national curriculum on project evaluation and assessment procedures. This significant event took place at HANGARKA-XALANE, marking a pivotal moment in the nation's efforts to standardize and enhance the quality of project evaluations across various sectors.

Bay University was proudly represented by Eng. Jibrill, a distinguished member of our administration. Notably, Bay University was the only academic institution from South West State to be present at this momentous occasion, highlighting our commitment to contributing to the national development agenda.

This event is a crucial component of the ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development (MoPIED) and the National Assessment Division to drive forward the progress and reconstruction of the country. The development of a national curriculum for project evaluation is aimed at building the expertise and competencies necessary for the effective planning, implementation, and assessment of developmental projects.

The initiative seeks to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to conduct thorough and accurate evaluations, ensuring that projects meet their objectives and deliver tangible benefits to communities. By establishing standardized procedures and guidelines, the curriculum will foster a culture of accountability and transparency in project management, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of the country.

The launch ceremony brought together key stakeholders from various sectors, including government officials, academics, and industry experts, all united in their commitment to enhancing the nation's capacity for project evaluation. The collaborative efforts of these stakeholders are essential in creating a robust framework that supports informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Eng. Jibrill's participation in the event underscores Bay University's dedication to academic excellence and its proactive role in national development. As an institution, we are committed to fostering a new generation of professionals who are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of development and contribute to the socio-economic growth of our country.

Bay University looks forward to continuing its collaboration with MoPIED and other key partners in the implementation of this curriculum. We are confident that this initiative will have a lasting impact on the quality and effectiveness of developmental projects nationwide.

Together, we can build a brighter future for our country, grounded in knowledge, expertise, and a shared vision for progress and prosperity.
